The Sunac Plaza, a joint venture between Sunac China and Huai'an SJID Group, is strategically situated at the intersection of Yan'an East Road and Tianjin Road. The project encompasses commercial streets, a shopping mall, and boutique residences, spanning a gross floor area of approximately 700,000 sqm. The plaza is divided into three blocks, with Block C dedicated to a shopping mall boasting a net commercial volume of 85,000 sqm.

The project's unique location near the Jing Hang Grand Canal and Liyun River enhances its appeal, offering a waterfront plaza that stands out in the urban landscape. The shopping mall houses international brands and provides a variety of services, including recreation, dining, and cultural activities. The Sunac Plaza's design is a testament to the beauty of simplicity. The facade, primarily made of beige stone material and stone-effect paint, is edged with grey aluminium plates.
